This is a telephoto shot taken from the same location as the previous photo. To the right is the Robert Moses Powerplant. Apparently the muddy water exiting the power plant is the result of very heavy rains a few days before the photo was taken. Muddy water from area streams flowed into the Niagara River, was drawn into the power-plant reservoir and is being discharged into the river. The Lewiston-Queenston Bridge can be seen in the distance.
